KOMAS CLO FAST
Epoxy glue bi-component in tixotropic paste. It’s very easy to spread. Suitable for gluing and join marble, granite, stones, agglomerates and ceramic. For outdoor application. Very good adhesion force and good reactivity in thin layer. CLOFAST is suggested to glue the following materials together: pali-stones, concrete-metal, ceramic-stone, stone-honeycomb panel. The metal must be scrabbled. In this kind of coupling, we suggest to verify the planarity of the slabs and tiles after 1 months. CLOFAST contains very low quantity of VOC (organic volatile compounds) and is LEED compliance regarding the chapter 4.1 Low emitting materials.
- The glue and hardener must be kept in the original cans/tins. On the automatic dosing pump, avoid contact with metals made of copper, brass, or similar metals which may rust.
- Avoid the use of plastic made of PVC; use only plastic with liquid corrosive resistance. Take out from the two containers A and B the required amounts, in weight or volume, of the two components.
- Mix very well the two parts A + B and proceed to use. During mixing, use clean tools. Ensure that the marble to be treated with the resin is completely dry and clean.
- In case of automatic dosing pumps, verify the ratio daily. To clean the tools, use aromatic and light solvents like acetone and butyl acetate. Use safety gloves and safety glasses during the work (see the safety data sheet). Close the cans after usage and avoid long exposure to air.
