KOMAS EPOXY NX 1000 & NX 1050
Epoxy resin and cycloaliphatic amine based system, KOMAS EPOXY NX 1000 & NX 1050 is a low viscosity system recommended for all processes and applications on the back of slabs. Low retraction during hardening. Suitable also for outdoor use. Ideal for marble botticino and for all the stones with straw shades; not recommended for white / light marble applications.
- Before applying the product, clean and slightly rough the surfaces to be glued. Mix thoroughly component A and component B with 100:25 ratio until reaching a homogeneous blend (we suggest to weigh exactly the quantity of part A and part B to use before mixing them)
- The mixture obtained can be processed up to a maximum of 20'. From the application: workable after 24 hours. After 7 days of application, the compound achieves maximum stability.
- Caution: heat accelerates the hardening of the mixture, while the cold slows it down considerably. Do not put the mixed product inside the jars once the application is over.
- Close the containers well test before use. Observe the percentage between the two parts indicated. Cannot be used at temperatures below 10 ° C.

STORAGE: The product, kept at low temperatures and in perfectly sealed containers, is guaranteed for 12 months. If crystallization occurs, it is sufficient to heat the product to about 60° C to reuse it without any alteration to its physical and chemical characteristics.

STORAGE:The product, stored at temperatures between 5 and 30 ° C, and in perfectly enclosed containers, is guaranteed for 12 months. Lower temperatures may cause an increase in viscosity that may give rise to problems of transfer and manipulation. It is important that the containers are well-closed because: if the product comes into contact with moisture and carbon dioxide, during use, bubbles may develop during the hardening process. Apply and work in an aerated environment.
