KOMAS 1402 POWDER
CRYSTALLIZING, POLISHING POWDER FOR MARBLES,
TERRAZZO AND MARBLE BASED AGGLOMERATES
Polishing powder specific for the polishing and gloss maintenance of marble,
travertine, agglomerates, terrazzo and limestone surfaces to obtain a high gloss finish.
With every use, product hardens and protects surfaces from scratches
and scuffs, while giving a high natural look gloss. Ideal for use in high traffic or
commercial areas where general foot traffic will lower gloss and shine over time.

Polished marbles, marble agglomerates and natural stones
Notes: Excessive product may burn surface. Do not work on the same areas for long periods of time. Work small areas at a time (1-2m²). Before use, read completely product label, technical data sheet and safety data sheet.

- Apply Komas 1402 powder directly to the floor manually over the area to be treated, sufficient for approximately a couple of square metres (approx. 20 square feet) per application. Position the single disc machine equipped with a natural white pad on the floor.
- Proceed to spray water onto the powder or through the machines tank and work the powder until a creamy mix has formed. Add water or product to maintain a creamy mixture.
- Work small areas at a time (1-2m²). DO NOT ALLOW MIXTURE TO DRY ON SURFACE. ADD WATER IF NECESSARY.
- Continue to polish until desired gloss is obtained. Check surface using a window squeegee to remove sludge.
- Remove sludge from surface or repeat process adding more powder and water and move onto next area and proceed as indicated. Wet vacuum all residues and rinse area using clean water.
